Tuesday Shoesday

Topshop heiress and former Made in Chelsea star, Chloe Green launched her debut SS12 collection of shoes, CJG on 17th May 2012 at Oxford Street’s Topshop and online at topshop.com and cjg.com.

“My girlfriends and I sat down and spoke about shoes, what we wanted, needed and everything kind of started from there, ” Chloe told Topshop. Her vast collection of shoes varying from Jimmy Choo’s (who I met while interning with the fashion website Tongue in Chic!), Christian Louboutin’s, Giuseppe Zanotti’s (which I’m lucky enough to own a pair of!) and Charlotte Olympia’s, all adding up to a fabulous amount of over 200 shoes. Surely this means she doesn’t need any more shoes but of course, a girl can never have enough shoes!

What I love about the CJG collection ranges from pretty and girly to wild and rock and they’re all high heels which I LOVE, it’s great that there’s a variety because then they aren’t all aimed at one sort of style, Chloe told Topshop: “I’m not aiming for a one particular girl. All girls who like to go out and party, or love a high wedge for summer will totally get this collection.”

Each shoe has its own recognisable stamp on it which makes it original and its own, they all have a green sole to make them stand out and noticeable. It’s really sweet and endearing how she’s named each shoe after someone special to her.

Chloe told Topshop that her favourite item out of the whole collection is the Misha wedge as she can see herself wearing it the whole summer. See her wearing it in the picture below:

My personal favourite is CJG peep toe heels in green sequins, which is already sold out on the Topshop website but I’m also a fan of the Misha slingback mega wedges, like Chloe I can see myself wearing them all summer and them being wedges makes it an extra bonus because they’re so easy to walk in!

Prices range from £115 to £175, make sure you have a look at Topshop.com while they’re still hot and fresh outta the Chloe Jade Green fashion oven!
